Position Overview & Specifications

We are currently seeking an experienced Energy Lead to join our growing team. As the Energy Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing our energy-related projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage energy-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the development and implementation of new energy-related projects.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
