General Assistant

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to work within our Assisted Living Business in the Hampshire area.

The purpose of the post is: To provide a high quality and passionate catering service to home owners and visitors.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Service

• Keep the kitchen and bistro area clean at all times.

Food Preparation

• To prepare and assist the chef in general preparation when necessary.
• To maintain correct food storage and holding temperatures at all times.

General

• To act at all times within the current Health and Safety at Work regulations.
• To provide a support and guidance to work experience placements.
• Promote excellent customer service to all customers.
• Carry out any other reasonably comparable duties that may be required from time to time.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in a similar role an advantage but full training will be given.
• Be willing and excited at the prospect of further development through Radish development training.
• Have a flare for communication and enjoy working as part of a team.
• To remain, at all times, respectful of equal opportunities.
