Over the past year we have been codesigning a new vision and mission informed by our Future of Adult Social Care Commission and underpinned by our major transformation programme - community led support. We are committed to working closer with our communities and prioritising prevention and early intervention.

As our Head of Adult Social Care, this is a great chance to shape our services and develop our workforce across older people, working age adults, learning disabilities, mental health and physical disabilities.
