What you’ll do

As a Pathway Specialist you will play a vital role in helping our learners develop the practical legal skills needed to succeed in their chosen area of law. We are looking for candidates who can motivate and inspire the next generation of lawyers through engaging webinars and supporting activities. You will build a strong rapport with both students and their employers, empowering and motivating students to maximise their potential. You will set targets for and review learner progress as well as providing regular updates to employers on how their workforce is progressing. Working closely with colleagues, you will play an important role in measuring the impact of our programmes in terms of both student development and business benefit.

Who you are

You will be driven by a passion for helping others succeed in their legal career. You’ll have experience of working in Civil Litigation (Dispute Resolution), and will either have provided training to others in the workplace or held a teaching role. Naturally a great communicator both in person and online, you will be confident in meeting and working with stakeholders and will ensure the learner’s best interests are always paramount. You will be a solution-focused thinker who can work through ambiguity and shares our vision for widening access to the legal profession.
