JOB TITLE Factory Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent, Hourly Paid

HOURS: Hours for the role are 40 each week to be worked 8 hours a day over a 5 day shift pattern, between the hours of 5am & 11pm.

SALARY: £13.50 per hour. Overtime available with prior agreement.

We currently have two vacancies for the role of Factory Supervisor at our fast paced and growing chocolate factory.

Responsible for general supervision of production and packing operations on the factory floor, the successful candidates will effectively supervise teams to consistently:

• work safely whilst meeting targets to required food safety, legality and quality

standards

• achieve the plan on time in full

Duties include:

• ensuring all targets are met

• completing order to agreed timescales

• accurately completing paperwork

• monitoring and completion of reports

• raising of non-conformance to standards

• key holder duties

• any other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will be diligent and possess good written and verbal communication skills. They must be quick to learn and proactive, work under own initiative as well as part of a busy team.

Production experience is essential although full training will be given in all areas of the role.

The role is primarily factory floor based with some administration.
