Position Overview & Specifications
- Leads and sets vision and direction for the House
- A centre of expertise creating global principles and frameworks to support our D&I strategy
- Advisors to support and empower local strategy and implementation
- A driver of key D&I ‘One House’ company priorities and measuring impact.
- Support the execution and delivery of ‘One House’ projects
- Content curation and management of content portfolio across our internal platforms and practices (e.g. intranet, training content, learning app)
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs and assisting with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and supporting our advancement of qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Support the development and evolution of our D&I Leads internal network (“Community”) including the coordination and tracking of activities and themes across our different entities
- Synthesise research and trends to raise awareness of key D&I topics and emerging themes, including luxury sector activity analysis
- Establish strong partnerships with, and advise, our Regional, Divisional and Global Function D&I leads to enable local adaptation of global priorities and to empower local actions and plans. Dedicated internal client groups will be allocated across the team.
- Become a member of the Global HQ D&I & Engagement working group supporting alignment to global priorities
- Partner with internal specialist teams to embed D&I in existing practices and processes
- Preparation of materials for internal meetings and knowledge sharing (e.g. presentations, pre-read documents, toolkits/guides)
- Managing and monitoring the department budget and spend forecasting
- Undertake additional administrative and/or creative tasks as needed to support objectives of the function
- A passion and curiosity for D&I and finding opportunities to increase awareness and drive change
- In-house or consultancy-based experience in driving D&I strategy for international companies
- Experience in advising and supporting colleagues and teams, ideally across multiple markets
- Experience in project management
- A proactive attitude
- Communication skills, written and verbal, with a high attention to detail
- A deep understanding of KPIs, quantitative and qualitative data collection, and analytical skills acquired through studies and/or experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French preferred, but not essential
- Working in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment
- Building relationships and networking with people both in and outside the organization and industry
- Collaborating and engaging with employees at all levels on needs and organizational optimization
