Trainee Recruitment Consultant ( Full training provided)

We believe that hiring people with a desire to work hard and have some transferable skills from existing roles is more important to you becoming successful. If you've worked in sales already but feel like you worked for a company that did not provide training, support or guidance in the early stages of your career, this role is for you.

Explosive growth has created the need for an Associate Recruiter in our London Bridge office. We are hiring immediately for someone to work under one of our Sales Managers. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be helping the business source, identify, and hire the best talent for our clients. Later, we will develop your skills as a marketer and salesperson, allowing you to build a successful career and become a recruiter.

If you have ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop. No two days in recruitment are the same, and you may find yourself doing the following:

• Collaborating with your Manager to create an effective Sales Approach to attract candidates
• Networking and developing business with clients; which could be face to face, over the phone or via video conference.
• Advising on hiring strategies for clients
• Identifying high performing talent through a "project focused" talent mapping process
• Headhunting through targeted cold calling to reach out to passive candidates and clients
• Negotiating pay and salary benefits for candidates
• Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates, and checking their suitability for opportunities

We are offering a competitive base salary as an Associate Recruiter and the opportunity to earn a higher base salary and uncapped commission on your placements as you grown within our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
