Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5hrs on rota including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays)
Salary: £21,371 - £25,598 per annum
Location: Sunderland, Lewis Crescent

The role of Young Parent’s Supported Housing Officer is central to maximising the opportunity for young parents and their child/ children in Lewis Crescent to achieve positive outcomes that will enable them to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives during and after leaving Centrepoint’s services.

The post holder will be responsible for providing support to young parents and expectant parents in our accommodation based service in Sunderland. They will also be responsible for providing support to young parents and expectant parents.

Experience of working with young parents and expectant parents is desirable. Please refer to the attached Job Description for full details.
