Position Overview & Specifications
Working closely with the other in the Senior Management Team, commissioners, social care, education settings, parents and carers, our service users, as well as many others to provide good quality care. You will be lead and support the clinical and operational managers to delivery excellent services.
These services are run in partnership with West London Trust (WLT) and together with others we are Ealing Community Providers (ECP). This post holder will require previous senior management experience in specialist children’s services and knowledge of adult community services agenda.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Community Services this post holder will work closely with the ECP Senior Management Team and operational managers to deliver the commissioned services to the children, young people and some adults within Ealing. We are continually transforming services and working with others to deliver the best quality care for our service users.
The Key to the success of this role is ability to:
- To lead and co-ordinate senior managers / leads from varying backgrounds, both clinical and non-clinical.
- To lead the management the portfolio of within the Ealing Community Partners for Children Specialist Services and Adult Specialist Services ensuring effective joined up pathways with key partners
- To be accountable for the quality, effectiveness and efficiencies of delivery of the portfolio and demonstrate good outcomes for our service users.
- Deliver quality improvements in the quality of services that are shaped by coproduction
- Lead the range of diverse clinical teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met, assurance processes are strong and services are fully integrated with the work of our partners (both within ECP and wider stakeholders)
- support commissioning conversations and identify opportunities for transformation work with system partners to develop business cases
- Demonstrate a compassionate and supportive leadership approach in line with our Trust Values
Main responsibility for this role are
- Provide excellent leadership, and good financial and performance management
- In partnership with others like HR business partner, you will support our workforce plans, managing recruitment and retention, working with learning and development colleagues to ensure robust training plans are in place to support staff development
- Influence strategy, support change management and service improvement and be accountable for your services
- Working in Partnership within the local networks, with the organisation, ICS, and other relevant national professional and clinical groups
