WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Supervisor to join our team at The Parkgate Hotel.
You will have passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
You will need experience in a similar position within a luxury spa and to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team to the highest standards.
Providing inspiring leadership, you will encourage high performance team working and you must show how you can quickly innovate and react to change.
Encouraging innovation in others, you will influence each team member in a way that promotes ownership and pride in the business.
You must have a solid understanding of the spa and leisure trade, have a proactive approach, exceptional guest service standards and be results orientated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will supervise the daily operations of this brand new spa with four treatment rooms and hydrotherapy pool boasting city skyline views and also our small, exclusive resident-only fitness suite.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire and lead a team and have the experience to deal with the pressures of day-to-day leadership issues.
