People Advisor, London

We have a 12months fixed term contract opportunity in our People team to provide efficient, generalist support to the team. You will work as part of the Advisor team, reporting into the Business Partner.

Ideally looking for strong administrative skills particularly in note taking, report writing and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivots, lookups).


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive support to Corporate Functions employees and managers.

  • Provide commercial advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures including ownership of employee relations caseload

  • Build and maintain relationships with employees of all levels (via new starter check ins, regular touchpoints with business and exit interviews)

  • Maintain people data in myHR (Peoplesoft) and ensure data integrity through continuous audits.

  • Provide Business Partner with regular analysis of people data and partnering to deliver people centric solutions for Corporate Functions.

  • Liaise with our People Service Centre, autonomously managing all employee life cycle activity (including but not limited to employee onboarding, family friendly leave, flexible working, international transfer assignments, visas and employee offboarding & general ad hoc queries)

  • Provide support to Business Partner for annual People processes, such as, compensation reviews, promotions, performance reviews and other projects that may arise.

  • Provide support to the CF teams on people processes such as; performance management, goal setting, compensation planning, talent and succession planning, talent programmes, employee engagement and people projects.

  • Ad hoc duties as and when required


Person Specification/ Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills, note taking, report writing and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivots, lookups)

  • Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation

  • Proactive approach to work and ability to work autonomously and as part of wider team

  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
