Our client a well-established and full-service law firm based in the heart of Exeter is seeking a Paralegal to join their Travel, Tourism, and Insurance.
What will you be doing?
- Advising in relation to and representing clients in travel litigation matters. The work types shall include, but not be limited to: Advice on both Claimant and Defendant matters, England and Wales jurisdiction claims, Foreign jurisdiction claims and advice on contractual matters concerning insurance policies
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and market intermediaries.
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance
What you will need:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal secretary
- LLB/LPC graduate or equivalent desirable but not essential.
- Client management experience
- Strong client focus and service delivery
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
