The UK leading pawnbroker is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to become part of the friendly and hardworking team based in the rapidly growing Brighton and Hove stores as a Store Assistant.

As our Store Assistant, you will be working within our small team to build excellent rapport with our customers, providing a high standard of customer service. We are looking for the right individual who has the passion and drives for achieving targets and beyond.

Strong product knowledge and good negotiation skills would be an advantage as you will be buying and selling a large range of new, graded and pre-owned goods.

Your role will also be to actively promote our services, especially helping new customers who are not familiar with our range of services.

About you:

- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers

- Excellent communication skills are essential

- Attention to detail and good time management skills

- Good PC skills

- Strong numerical and written capabilities

- A grounding in technology (phones, laptops etc.) or jewellery/watches is a big advantage.

We offer:

Full-time job with 30 - 45 hours per week.

Competitive hourly rate plus a performance-based bonus.
