Role: Road Tester

Location: Sheffield, S60 5BD

Hours: 4on 4off, Days, 06:00 – 18:00

Salary: £23,000 per year + a bonus scheme that provides an on target annual earnings of £25,400.

What does the job involve?

We want to be sure that our vehicles are in the best possible condition before going to our stores and ending up on someone’s driveway.

• You will take our cars on a set route, listening and feeling for any issues with the car.
• When you get back you will let the team know it’s all good, or if not then you will let them know what needs fixing. Therefore, you need to know what you are listening/looking out for so driving experience is essential.

Our goal is to ensure that we only send out quality vehicles to our customers, we treat all cars like they are our own.

What skills or experience do you need to join the team?

• A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
• You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• It would be great if you have some experience as a vehicle technician (bonus if you are qualified) and if you have diagnostic knowledge then that would be brilliant.
• However, we would also be interested in hearing from you if you are a Trade Plate Driver or a Test Driver.
• You will need an excellent eye for detail.
