Automotive Yard Operative

Role: Automotive Yard Operative (Car Showroom).

Location: Northampton, NN3 9UD

Hours: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Shifts will consist of days, evenings and weekends.

Salary: £21,733.20 per year + a bonus scheme that provides an on target annual earnings of £23,233.20

What does the job involve?

We are very proud of our pitch display; it is the first impression our customers get when they come onto our site. This role is moving vehicles around the yard so that they make an amazing first impression.

• You will check that there is no damage on the cars, tyres aren’t flat and that they are clean and presentable.
• Along with this you will check that pricing information is accurate and displayed properly and receive new deliveries of stock.
• You will be doing stock rotation and updating the display

Our goal is to ensure that our customers feel welcomed when they arrive on our site and that all of our vehicles are in the best condition.

What skills or experience do you need to join the team?

• You will need a full valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
