Our client is looking for a team player who wants to be an important part of a growing company to be a key individual within the company. You will be a car driver with strong Excel skills and confident with an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities as a Supply Chain & Customer Services Executive:

• Communicating with UK Warehouse and managing stock control and management
• Working directly with the 3rd party warehouse to expand shipments
• Coordinating with Operations Team in Spain and UK Sales department and Sales agents on stock and customer supplies
• Managing UK Road Transport Inbound traffic
• Liaison with freight forwarder from the UK Docs
• Handling outbound stock transfers UK to Spain
• Updating UK Database Management
• Managing UK Customer Services
• Managing Customer New Line Form management
• Handing customer specific info: prices and product information
• Processing UK customer orders
• Handling invoices and credit requests with HQ
• Having regular contact with customers by phone, email
• Co-ordinating launches and promotions with customers
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints this also includes POD and credit notes
• Communicating with finance on credit limits and held orders to maximise shipments
• Consumer Services - handling consumer queries, responses, and complaints
• Ensure the connection between Supplier and warehouses makes
• Working with Head of Marketing and FSDU supplier on the specification, creation, and production of season FSDU’s
• UK FSDU Purchase Orders for Press & Independents for supplier
• Review, Check and Authorise Payment Invoices
• UK Stock Transfers, SAP Stock Adjustments and Wave Management from Warehouses
• Supervise Bi-Annual returns procedure for Press
• Attendance at Trade Fairs and exhibitions as required

Key Requirements:

• Motivated with the capability to work both individually and as a team member
• Brilliant PC skills - Excel & Outlook mandatory
• ERP system knowledge
• Experience in management SAP Business One would be a benefit
• Experience of dealing with UK warehouse operations
• Good organisational skills and capability to work to deadlines
• Good communication skills - Both written and oral
• Spanish speaker an advantage
• Car Driver
