cargo-partner is now looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our exciting and diverse team in Manchester. If you’re looking for a first step in accounting, you enjoy working with numbers and are eager to broaden your horizons within an international company, this is the right opportunity for you.
The role of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to support cargo-partner UK and the Finance Manager in financial and administrative tasks.

What you will be doing?

  • Handling and receiving and posting operational and non-operational invoices
  • Maintain vendor master data (address, bank details, e-mail etc.)
  • Handling incoming dunning letters & statements, communication with vendors
  • Ensuring payment of invoices within the agreed payment terms
  • Identifying invoice disputes and resolving them in collaboration with operational department
  • Working in SAP, AS400 & MS Excel
  • Posting bank statements
  • Interface errors processing
