Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor

My client, a UK based, full-service law firm, is looking to secure the services of a PQE Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor on a permanent basis. This position would suit someone with three years’ post qualification experience in England & Wales who has dealt with a broad range of disputes and resolving complex commercial issues.

As the successful Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Running and managing your own files, delegating to Trainees and Paralegals when appropriate
• Drafting documents and assisting in managing the dispute resolution process
• Being fully involved in the marketing and business development in a client focused manner
• Supporting Partners on challenging and more complex matters
• High Court and County Count Litigation as well as mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution
• Preparing and presenting training to clients on various aspects of the law

This position will contain a mixture of:

• Commercial contract disputes
• Insolvency disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Regulatory
• Insurance disputes
• White-collar fraud (civil & criminal)
