Administration Assistant

Care2Nurse is a leading International Medical Recruiter and we are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

Your role will involve completing application forms for rental properties, reviewing reference documents, data management, using our in house software, liaising with other departments, chasing estate agents, and much much more! You must be confident in using the full MS office suite, working with new people and picking up the phone. This is not a job for shy people.

You will be a vital part of the team, offering support to the property team who are out on the road viewing properties and working directly with estate agents. Without our administration support nothing gets done and the entire company will ground to a halt. As such you need to be ready to learn fast, work hard, and not be someone who keeps checking the clock.

This is a role where you can make a real difference. We help people from around the world start new lives in the UK whilst also contributing their medical skills to both the NHS and private medical facilities.

We are very flexible when it comes to your working location. Some people love being in the office and some people want to be at home. Due to the nature of the work you will need to be in the office (NG13 9FX) at least 3 days a week but if you want to be in the office full time that's fine as well. We also offer flexitime on occasions and never expect you to take holiday for appointments. Due to our office location you will need to be able to drive as there isn’t suitable public transport.
