Trainee Civil Operative Permanent (47.5 hours per week) Hourly rate starting from £11 per hour increasing once fully trained 28 days holiday per year (incl bank holidays) accruing an additional days leave per year up to 25 days. Telec Networks LTD are launching a trainee programme aimed towards bringing new talent into the fibre industry. Full on-the-job training is provided, including job shadowing, and mentoring from experienced industry professionals. The initial training period will run over 12 weeks and will be a mixture of in-house at Telec's training centre, off-site via a local training provider and on-the-job. As well as the fully funded training programme, Telec are offering an achievable, quarterly bonus on top of a competitive hourly rate.
