Production Worker

This job is located at our brand new workshop in Sittingbourne, Eurolink East.

We are currently looking for a production worker to join our rapidly growing and exciting business. We manufacture very popular and often bespoke wooden camping conversion kits designed to convert cars into mini campervans.

The role will require a hard-working candidate who has excellent attention to detail, can work on their own initiative and under pressure. You must be able to stand for long hours at a time and perform repetitive tasks. Responsibilities will include preparing individual parts of our conversion kits using a range of power tools to a high standard, assembling, packing and labelling the finished goods in preparation for shipment, organising stock and keeping the production area clean and tidy at all times. We pride ourselves on quality and no conversion leaves our workshop until it has been fully inspected and approved. You will be an integral part of the quality checking process.

The role will suit a person with woodworking experience. Furniture manufacture experience and a good knowledge of a range of small/ medium cars is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who will add significant value to our business now and in the future.

The rate is dependent on experience. You will be required to work some weekends during busy periods and overtime is generally available.
