Wedding and Events Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator for our fantastic 5* Wellness complex. Cambridge Country Club is a newly built lifestyle and wellness facility with facilities such as golf, leisure, spa and event spaces.
A successful candidate will have a real hunger for success. They will need to be well presented, possess outstanding customer service skills, be creative, have strong communication skills, have a proven record of being committed to achieving both financial and operational targets whilst also being able to manage your own time and tasks efficiently.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
· Responding to enquiries in a professional manner in line with company procedures.
· Working to the needs of the business on a bespoke basis when as event is taking place within the facility.
· Manage pre-event administration tasks such as preparing client files, arranging pro-formas and contractors for the client, finalising the day to day running of the event.
· Prepare weekly function sheets for all departments and handover all details in a running order to the operational team.
· Undertaking show rounds of the facility.
· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients across all segments with the aim to drive future bookings. Carry out outreach with local corporate clients to drive sales.
· To be aware of current promotions and events to gain full revenue growth.
· Keep track of competitors to ensure our campaigns are inline.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, team player and keen to share new and exciting ideas of their own.
· Excellent communication and coordination with internal and external team.
· Ability to foresee deadlines and plan accordingly
· Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
