Permanent Full-time Live-out Housekeeper required in Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24

Housekeeping Duties:

Sole duty of running a 5 bedroom house with indoor pool and gym.

1. Cooking for household and guests as required.
2. Running errands (Post Office, dry cleaners, collecting medication etc.)
3. Vacuuming.
4. All laundry/ironing including changing bedsheets and hand washing delicate items.
5. Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms including getting guest bedrooms ready as and when required.
6. Keeping the kitchen clean at all times and keeping the pantry organised.
7. Loading/unloading the dishwasher.
8. Cleaning of floors and polishing of furniture.
9. Preparing shopping list and buying the grocery shopping and any other supplies required by the household.
10. Cleaning up the utensils and dishes after cooking.
11. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family.
12. Walking Great Dane dog as and when required.
13. Feeding the family dog and three cats as and when required.
14. Organising and liaising with tradesmen (for example; boiler service, pool maintenance, window cleaning etc.)

15. Cleaning of silverware and pendant lights.

16. Organising wardrobes

Any candidate that applies for the role needs to be happy to work in a house with a large dog, three cats and two young children. The candidate should have a positive, friendly and 'can do' attitude. He/she should be flexible, discreet, organised and professional. The candidate should have experience working to a high standard and running a busy household and should have a clean DBS police check, full UK driving licence and excellent checkable references.

Pet Care Duties: The family have 3 cats and a dog – a Great Dane and the housekeeper should be happy to feed the animals and walk the dog as and when required.

Further Information:

Family have 2 children; twins aged 4 years old. The willingness to do ad hoc babysitting during evenings and weekends would be a bonus - extra salary would be provided for this.

Suggested salary: £35,000 to £40,000 gross per annum depending on experience. Annual bonus will also be offered for excellent performance.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-6pm

Saturday 9am-1pm
