Position Overview & Specifications
We are a busy 9 partner practice seeking a capable, reliable and motivated member to join our team. Excellent communication skills, computer skills, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Previous Medical Receptionist experience is preferred. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
The successful candidate will undertake general reception duties including arranging appointments, answering the telephones and computer data entry, whilst offering a polite and friendly service to our patients.
This will be a permanent post on completion of a 6 month probationary period.
Hours of work: 18-24 hours per week between 8.00am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, on a flexible rota basis, usually worked over 4 days. The ability to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness absence is also required.
