A highly competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience is on offer, plus you'll be given a fantastic opportunity to drive profit and be rewarded generously through our bonus scheme.
You will join our lifestyle team which encompasses betterbathrooms.co.uk and furniture123.co.uk. We’re looking for an intrinsically commercial and customer focused marketeer eager to manage your product category, driven to maximise online sales and primed to thwart any obstacle that stands in your way.
You’ll be a Master of Strategic Marketing, online optimisation, and creative thinking.
You may be known as: Online Trader, Online Trading Executive, Product Trader, eCommerce Trader, eCommerce Executive, Digital Marketing Executive.
Your duties include:
Work cross-functionally to lead the category planning process for your area.
Laser focus on category performance, using all the tools at your disposal to optimise the end-to-end shopping experience for your customers.
Use insight, experience, and product knowledge to make and drive improvements to the customer journey.
Manage category hierarchies, navigation, and product attributes, driving increased conversions and basket value.
Identify opportunities for intent-based promotion, personalisation, product recommendations, attach items, and other opportunities based on your experience and knowledge of the customer and category.
Feed into CRO, and Dev roadmap and work with retention teams to drive commercial priorities and profitable growth for your category.
Develop content plans, buying guides and other assets to drive conversions and revenue, and increase customer engagement.
Working with merchandising to create and deliver sell out plans for your area, including identifying and delivering promotional plans.

Commercial - Previous experience in a highly commercial e-commerce role, ideally within retail.
Customer - Knowledge and experience of e-commerce principles and technology with hands-on experience in making improvements to the customer journey.
Analytical - experienced in using a variety of analytical tools, able to interpret data to make commercial decisions and drive performance.
Motivated - You must be organised, determined, and understand various marketing strategies.
Entrepreneurial - You must be curious, fearless, and confident in sharing your thoughts, processes, and actions.
