Then we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing group of team members who are willing to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests throughout our four fairground areas.
As a leisure attendant for Butlins you will alternate working across our main fairground, our little stars fairground, our brand-new soft play area and our popular Go-Kart track. With lots of variety, no two days will ever be the same!

Purpose of the role
Greeting and interacting with guests to make them feel welcome.
Operating rides and supervising play areas with a sense of theatre, whilst checking heights to ensure the safety of our guests.
Being able to put yourself into our guest’s shoes in order to exceed their expectations and understand their perspectives in difficult situations.
Working within a team to consistently deliver day-to-day operations to a pristine standard.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work within a team, as well as the competency to work alone.
