Our friendly team of Call Agents are key to the relationships we have with our customers and to the success of our business. They are able to work well under pressure whilst still maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

We are looking to expand our team with 2 enthusiastic individuals who are ready to bring their skills and experience to our very busy Parts Team at Whiffler Road in Norwich – don’t worry about experience we have a fantastic training programme which will provide excellent support to get you up to speed, all you need is the desire to start a great new career.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building on existing customer relationships to enhance our sales success.
• Working as part of a motivated team to deliver great customer service.
• Helping to identify customer’s requirements.
• Providing an excellent first point of contact to the customer by telephone.

The successful candidate will be an organised, effective member of the team with a positive attitude.
