Trainee Accountant – 12 -24 months experience

An opportunity has arisen to nurture the training and career of a Trainee Accountant who has gained a foundation of practical experience (preferably between 12-2 4months) from the accountancy profession.

This local accountancy firm in Gosforth are looking to appoint an ambitious Trainee Accountant who can build upon their current knowledge with support and training to develop and become an Accountant managing their own portfolio of clients.

Full study support will be provided for either AAT and or ACCA/ACA which will include time out of the office for study days.

Working alongside the Accountants and Client Managers you will assist with the monthly accounts, VAT returns, trial balance and preparation for statutory accounts. Liaising with both clients and HMRC this will be a varied role that will teach you all the elements of monthly and annual accounts.
