The Britannia Inn Glasgow is situated next to Charing Cross Train Station and near to Glasgow International Airport. The Hotel boasts 278 bedrooms, and a modern-style restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals.

As Nights Team Member, you will be required to:
Check guests in and out
Run the Nights Audit
Answering the telephone and address all enquiries
Deal with any guest requests
Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures
Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required
Complete nights cleaning checklist

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Hotel Booking systems would be advantageous.
