Based Needham Market
Reporting to Plant Operations and Business Systems Manager
Purpose of Job:
A position for an enthusiastic person to assist in with the efficient running of the Plant
Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site on and off-hires.
- Assist with Invoice queries.
- Raise call off orders for new sites.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Creating and maintaining online filing systems
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with returns and liaising with internal and external personnel
- Inputting of tickets and stock control inventory
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assisting with Ad hoc duties where necessary
Key Working Relationships:
The Administrative Assistant will work as part of a team alongside the Plant Hire Desk to ensure that the department functions and services the needs of group of companies.
Requirements:
- Office administrator experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Diary management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good customer service and polite telephone manner
- Very good attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Team player / Flexible attitude and willing to assist
- Reliable / Hard Working / Excellent Timekeeping
- Plant Hire experience preferable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £16,000.00 per year
