Position Overview & Specifications
- To support the Head of the Music & Arts Service in delivering an effective and efficient service to schools. This will include assisting the Head of Service in the deployment and support of specialist teachers.
- To work with the Head of Service and Head of Ensembles to develop and maintain contemporary music provision (e.g. Rock and Pop Ensembles, Music Production, etc)
- Promoting and developing the playing of guitar and percussion instruments throughout the district
- To teach singing or instrument playing to pupils both in groups and individually.
- Whole Class Ensemble Teaching and Continuation Whole Class Teaching
- Ensemble Directing
- Perform to a high standard
