As an experienced leader, you will possess the skills to pro-actively energise and drive the transformation of the culture at BU to ensure engagement in our vision and strategic plan. Your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, will ensure that you are able to operate successfully internally and externally, building partnerships and collaborations, and engendering a shared purpose. We strive for excellence in everything that we do, so a creative and solution-focusses approach is essential. With an inclusive and inspiring approach, you will value diversity and difference, and operate with integrity and openness.
