Marketing Content Specialist - Boots UK

Overview of the role and our team:

As a Content Specialist within our Marketing team, you’ll focus on the Boots Health Hub through the identification and development of best-practice content, ensuring this is served appropriately throughout the customer journey, supports wider stakeholder objectives and delivers against Health Hub propositions.

About the role:

You’ll work with peers, teams and agencies within and outside of the business to deliver creative solutions and engaging content across numerous marketing channels.

Throughout every part of your role, you’ll confidently use your excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and influence stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for continuous reviewing of all Health long form content and updating on a regular basis, based on legal guidance, government updates and general tone of voice updates
• Accountable for content copy required on Health Hub Condition and Category pages specifically, ensuring tone of voice (TOV) is on brand and managing entire briefing process
• Accountable for any brand collaboration on long form content, including managing the process from insights through to briefing and go live
• Accountable for monthly analysis of content specifically within Health Hub, reviewing existing pages and briefing any changes required to pages based on commercial priorities, and SEO insight
• Responsible for supporting video output specifically required for Health Hub in line with total Health & Wellness video strategy, managing the process from insights through to briefing and go live
• Accountable for briefing and working alongside the various agencies to build and manage the photography, video and copywriting schedule
• Accountable for all stakeholder management for all Health content, ensuring they see all creative at the relevant times

Your experience:

• Previous Content Marketing experience in a similar role
• SEO experience with the sight to drive Health Hub as the top organic search destination
• Experience of managing and working closely with internal and external agencies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills to meet deadlines quickly and effectively
• To work well as part of a cross functional team
