E-Commerce Assistant

An amazing opportunity has arisen to work with some of the best Outdoor brands in the business (Mountain Equipment, Bridgedale, Sprayway etc), enabling them to offer a best-in-class consumer experience via our cutting-edge Shopify based web platforms.

This key role within the team would suit anyone with a knowledge and love of data, and an interest in getting a foot in the door within Ecommerce and associated Business systems

The Role

To help our Outdoor brands maintain their stunning websites, ensuring product data is correct and up to date at all times, and to assist on the maintenance and update of the groups product data in our ERP system and our B2B sales portal as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintaining the product images, descriptions and supporting information in group websites.

· Updating selling and buying prices in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system when requested.

· Data entry into our ERP business system as required.

· Support on SFA B2B seasonal update/maintenance as requested.

· Support on Gorgias Customer Service platform as needed.

· Support the Montgomery, Bridgedale, Ron Hill and Sprayway sites specifically as directed.

· To carry out any other job-related duties which may be requested from time to time by the Ecommerce Manager, or Head of Business Systems and IT.

Key Skills and attributes.

· Degree standard education desirable but not essential

· Relevant work experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify

· Data entry expertise

· Attention to detail/detail orientated.

· Logical and systematic approach

· Curious and keen to learn Extensive knowledge of Excel and excellent data handling/manipulation skills.

· A passion for the outdoors and sports would also be useful.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
