Position Overview & Specifications

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Shoot Producer to join our Mini Boden team. This exciting position will have a focus on producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content across Mini Boden.
  • Day to day management of a shoot assistant whilst coaching and mentoring.
  • Ownership and management of budgets of varying sizes.
  • Setting schedules and working to tight deadlines.
  • Working with external production companies overseas.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience with Childrenswear shoots and knowledge of child performance licenses.
  • Experience with managing a budget is a must as well as being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
  • Flexibility to manage constantly changing priorities and feel comfortable working alone and within a team.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
