Junior Digital Marketing Executive

A Junior Marketing Executive is required to support the BNI UK & Ireland marketing team in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies. Based in Croxley Business Park, some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, event marketing, and paid advertising efforts.
• Managing the company’s social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content to build a strong online presence.
• Collaborating with internal team members, Regional Directors, and admin to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Conducting market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Analysing website and social media metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and track success.
• Assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay per click campaigns (PPC) to increase visibility and website traffic.
• Maintaining and updating website and social media channels.
• Creating and managing marketing materials, such as presentations and brochures.
• Staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Additionally, strong creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
