Retail SMART Estimator

Sytner Sheffield is looking for a Retail SMART Estimator.

Your role

As a Sytner Retail Bodyshop Estimator, you will estimate the cost of vehicle damage using a computerised estimating system, negotiate and close the sale with the customer, invoice for repairs and liaise closely with our customers and workshop during the repair. You will work with the Bodyshop front of house team and Workshop controller to ensure that customer care always comes first.

Sytner Retail Bodyshop Estimators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Your profile

Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator is not essential, as all training will be provided. Experience in a similar retail environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who has fantastic organisational skills and someone that can plan work efficiently, as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
