U.K Director of Sales

The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a U.K Director of Sales to lead 4 Regional Commercial Managers, each of whom has a team of 6 - 8 Territory Managers. The successful candidate will be managing a high performing team that hit target last year, aiming for 13M growth over the next 2 years. The UK Director of Sales will be responsible for the development and delivery of the commercial growth strategy across City Sprint, through successful customer acquisition and retention within your defined geographical area. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and lead an effective and results driven sales team of Regional Commercial Managers and Territory Managers, supporting them to achieve all assigned targets alongside operational considerations.

Requirements: To be considered for U.K Director of Sales role you must have:

• 2nd Line management experience in a similar industry is a MUST
• Must be structured, used to managing up the chain at board level
• Must have managed teams of similar size and seniority

The Package for the U.K Director of Sales:

• Basic £76,000
• Bonus / OTE: £18,000 total uncapped
• Senior Leadership Board Bonus paid annually
• Car allowance: £4500 with all mileage incurred reimbursed
• Benefits: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays + 1 for birthdays, pension and Medicash Healthcare Plan
