Production Operatives

Do you have warehouse, machinery, factory or production experience? We are looking for keen individuals for a Production Operative role to join a global leader in Congleton CW12 for a manufacturing client. The role has an immediate start date for successful candidates to start working on the semi-automated line in the modern facility, of a leading manufacturer in the automotive safety systems industry.

As a manufacturer, committed to saving more lives, they develop, manufacture and market protective systems, such as airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels for all major automotive manufacturers in the world!

The Production role come with a favorable salary of £27,200 per annum

Hours: With a traditional 12-hour continental shift rotation of:
3 days on: 06:00-18:00
3 days off
3 nights on: 18:00-06:00
3 days off

Here's what to expect in this role:

• Reacting quickly and safely to any issues that may arise while monitoring operations of the equipment.
• Safe set up of all required production equipment
• Constantly observing all equipment ensuring correct use
• Manual handling of products, packaging, specification checks
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of production machinery

You will need to be a consistent timekeeper, hardworking and reliable, an independent worker who can also work well in a team, flexible to work 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern of 12 hour shifts and able to stay focused and motivated.
