3D Artist / 3D Generalist

THE ROLE

Are you an exceptionally talented 3D Artist / 3D Generalist who is as passionate about Augmented Reality as we are? Reporting into our Creative Lead, you will collaborate with our wider Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, bringing your creative thinking, innovation and hands-on experience to deliver world-class AR solutions for our clients.

Working with some of the largest brands around the globe, you’ll be able to confidently work across multiple projects simultaneously either autonomously or with other team members. You naturally thrive in a fast paced, ideas focused environment that stretches your thinking and creative output to new levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, rigging and animation in Blender and / or Cinema 4D
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your art showcasing low and high-poly models and animated characters, vehicles, buildings and objects
• Ability to optimise 3D assets for video games / AR / mobile use with an understanding the GLTf format
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience of working within a production team and able to provide time estimates for the tasks briefed
• Strong organisational skills, file management, naming conventions and systematic workflow.
• Ability to interpret a brief and communicate internally
• Experience in working to tight deadlines
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Great eye for composition, lighting and a high level of attention to detail
• Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture
• Experience working in an agency/start-up environment is desirable

You’ll have the flexibility to divide your time between working remotely and from our London office.
