Junior Designer

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Junior Designer to join our dynamic and
talented creative team.
Reporting to the Head of Creative you will be responsible for supporting the
delivery of the Blinds 2go visual strategy across all online and offline channels,
creating beautiful and engaging content and best in class assets to support the
brand marketing activity.
Working alongside the wider design team you will be responsible for creating
inspirational content, including but not limited to CGI imagery, sale and
promotional graphics and social media content.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a creative team to design and produce new imagery using Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Ongoing creation of directional mood boards and inspirational content for
individual projects, using a variety of mediums.
- Maintain the images on the website across the group, ensuring new products
are featured and the content is relevant and up to date.
- Work with the Creative team with the ongoing maintenance of the image
database, ensuring new images are added and filed efficiently.
- Assist with marketing and promotional content requests from across the
business.
- Continued research in the area of interior design, product development and
imagery, identifying and sharing new trends and ideas with the wider team.
Essential Experience:
- Highly creative individual with a strong interest and passion for interiors, textiles and design.
- Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
- Ability to work effectively at pace and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in design related subject, preferably Textile Design or
Surface Pattern
