General Pub Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced manager at the Claro Beagle, Harrogate.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building business and driving sales, with the passion and drive to create a great team and develop the business to offer fantastic customers experiences. You will have outstanding leadership skills and be able to motivate others to perform to the best of their ability.

You will have a passion for products, people, and exceptional customer service. You will be commercially aware and financially astute to achieve successful performance in your site and constantly strive to deliver fantastic results.

You should be knowledgeable on all aspects of compliance and health & safety and have the ability to cope under pressure.
