Security Door Supervisor

The successful candidate for this position will be required to have excellent customer service skills and will be responsible for preventing and dealing with unwanted or aggressive behavior. In addition, the door supervisor will be expected to be an expert in basic first aid, conflict resolution and the use of surveillance equipment. Other duties include the supervision of crowd control, security and safety on our premises.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general security in the club.
• Maintain an overview of activity in the club and in particular monitor VIP areas.
• Manage the behaviour of all customers, including monitoring potential troublemakers.
• Respond and be able to defuse potentially violent situations.
• Ensure all customers are of legal age to be in the club.
• Guard against and report any criminal activity that is taking place within the club, effectively enforcing the law.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 60 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
