Business Change Manager

Role: Business Change Manager in a contract capacity.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, with a possibility to extend.

Rate: Depending on experience

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Hybrid:1-2 days per week, Berkshire

We are seeing a Business Change Manager, for one of our, public sector defence clients.to support a digitisation programme.

At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Change Manager

At least 3 years’ experience of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service (SaaS)

At least 2 years, Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies

We are seeing a Business Change manage for one of our, public sector defence clients. to support a digitisation programme.

To support the Programme Manager

Develop and maintain a business change plan.

Leading the design of change management activities in the business and managing their delivery using a structured methodology.

Establishing and implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured.

Building effective stakeholder relationships

Working with the business to optimise the timing, scale and method of releasing project and change deliverables into business operations.

Providing feedback to the Project Managers and Programme Manager on benefits realisation and risks.

Working with specialists to develop appropriate training materials to support change activities.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience leading the delivery of Business Change on multiple, concurrent and / or complex programmes of work.
• Exposure to Business Process Transformation projects and programmes.
• High-level technical understanding of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service (SaaS), large data constructs and concepts.
• Comfortable delivering multiple work-packages at pace in a secure and highly regulated, change-focussed environment.
• Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Desirable - construction industrial or public sector experience.
