HEAD WAITER / WAITRESS

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be the ambassador of Big Mamma values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customer, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
• You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: you ensure a "Big Mamma style" service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimisation of table rotation.
• You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the more junior waiters.
• Your mission will be train and supervise our squadra and be one of the key people in the restaurant, always keeping an eye on the customer. You will learn to be il miglior capitano del mondo!

• Previous experience as Head Waiter/Waitress
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
