Who we are looking for

A dynamic Graduate Trainee looking to join our finance team and support the continued growth of the finance function.

Our fantastic Graduate Scheme aims to identify and develop future Finance Managers, allowing you to quickly progress with hands on experience across various teams within the Finance department, ensuring you reach your full potential to succeed in your career with us.

As part of our team you will experience a range of key functions throughout our Finance department, gaining experience in areas which specialise in Management and Statutory Accounts, Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Bank Reconciliation, Regulatory Returns and Operational Finance.

You will continuously receive dedicated mentoring and have excellent personal development opportunities, which includes a comprehensive study support package to enable you to progress through your accountancy qualifications.

The position is offered with competitive rates of pay, performance bonuses and lifestyle benefits, on a full time basis and will require working any five days from seven.

Preferred skills and experience

2:1 Honours degree or higher, obtained within the last two years in Finance, Economics, Business or similar discipline.
First class interpersonal skills.
Genuine passion for Finance in a fast paced and growing environment.
Confidence, initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to work with, influence, and build relationships with people across all functions and levels within the organisation.
Experience working within a Finance department.

Main Responsibilities

Embarking on a 24-month development programme, designed to accelerate you through an increasingly steep learning curve.
Participating in a rotational scheme, which introduces you to some of our key functions and colleagues within Finance.
Dealing with one or more mentors from our Senior Management team from day one of your programme.
Assisting with project work with opportunities to grow within the team.
