We have a rare opportunity for someone fabulous to join our team! We need a vibrant personality with strong contemporary brand knowledge and a passion for delivering the ultimate customer service. At our established, award winning independent boutique in Esher Surrey.

The role:

• Work with a team that strive to provide the best experience for the customer instore, by phone or online
• Gain knowledge of our brands, new brands , key season looks, sizing and styling
• Ensure that excellent retail standards are always maintained in store, cleaning, steaming stock and supporting with store merchandising
• Effective stock replenishment and stockroom standards
• Support with incoming new season stock deliveries and preparation for the shop floor and for our ecommerce team to upload to our websites
• Support the ecommerce team with pulling and packaging of stock for daily online orders for our website

Skills / Experience:

• Excellent fashion knowledge and have experienced great customer service
• At least 2 years' experience of working in luxury fashion
• Enjoy conversing with clients to build relationships
• Patience and lots of energy!
