Mazak CNC Programmer/Setter

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly successful manufacturing team at our Melksham site. As a skilled CNC Programmer/Machine Setter you will be responsible for setting and programming a variety of machines including Lathes, VMC’s and ideally also 5th Axis machines. You will need at least 5 years’ experience working in this role with experience in FANUS, SIEMENS and MAZATROL control systems. An understanding of off-line CAM would also be an advantage.

This role would require you to be able to plan machine operations, fixturing and workflow of each part through the machine shop with consideration being given to documentation and quality procedures as well as inspection and other quality control aspects.

With an initial salary of £33,000 there is opportunity to increase this quickly depending upon skill level and enthusiasm for the role. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop skills whilst in the role with potential for a supervisory/management position in the future. In addition, there is the opportunity to earn overtime, performance related bonus and company pension scheme.
