Position Overview & Specifications

We’re on the lookout for two Customer Insight Analysts to join the believe housing team, one on a permanent basis and another on a temporary, 12-month fixed term contract.

about the role

The Customer Insight Analyst will deliver a high quality comprehensive and consistent approach to dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers across the organisation.

The successful candidate will:

  • Capture, investigate and respond to complaints and compliments for the organisation as a whole and monitor progress against complaints.
  • Proactively contribute to identifying continuous improvement initiatives, developing business intelligence to identify changes and solutions, which improve the resolution of complaints across the organisation on a day-to-day basis for our customers.
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally, always adopting a customer-focused approach.
  • Deliver a high quality comprehensive and consistent approach to dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers.
  • Capture, investigate, and respond to complaints and compliments for the organisation as a whole and monitor our progress against complaints.
  • Proactively contributing to and identifying continuous improvement initiatives, identifying changes and solutions, which will improve the resolution of complaints across believe housing on a day-to-day basis for our customers.
  • Collect customer satisfaction information to identify the success of our services and identify opportunities for service improvement.
