Do you delight in making lasting impressions? As a Host your goal is to make the beginning and end of each guest’s experience nothing less than extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Manage the flow of Guests into the venue, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate
• Tend to Guest needs and requests
• Observant to Guests' needs throughout their visit to ensure they receive high quality service
• Full understanding of all of the games, rules and procedures
• Taking payments
• Maintain a neat, organised front-of-house environment

• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
• Learn the food and beverage menu
• Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waiting staff
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
• To participate, constructively, in performance reviews with the Manager and to work towards objectives/goals set by the Manager, and to improve any areas of performance felt necessary by the Manager, in order to maintain an excellent level of service to customer

Work experience - Background knowledge/work experience within the hospitality sector preferred but not essential, especially bar work and operation of tills.

Skills- Friendly but professional disposition, clear communicator, able to use initiative, work well in a team, energetic and confident character.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
